Zep shoes has 14 days easy return policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item in unworn condition for a refund (Zep Shoes will deduct the shipping charge ) within 14 days of receipt.
To return you item, you need to follow these steps below;
- Download and print the return form. (PDF) Located here.
- Complete the Return Form, and include the form in the box.

We will send an email as soon as your return has been processed. You will receive a refund to your original method of payment within 7 business days of notification that your return has been processed. Please note that refund posting times vary by bank and method of payment.
- Merchandise must be unworn OR tried on for fit/sizing only
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- The return form must be filled out completely
- Merchandise must be returned with completed form.

Promotional Discounts and Coupon Codes
If a promotional discount or coupon code was used on the order that you wish to return items from, the unreturned portion of your order must still meet the requirements of the promotional discount in order to retain the discount. If the unreturned merchandise does not meet the requirements of the promotional discount, the discount will be forfeited.
For example, let’s say you purchase 3 items using a coupon code that requires the sub total of your order to be more than $100. If you decide to return one of those items, the sub total of the two unreturned items must still meet the $100 promotional requirement. If the promotional requirements of the discount applied to your order at checkout are not met after merchandise if returned, the amount of the coupon code or discount will be deducted from your refund amount.
Open Box Items
Open box items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. Our merchandise changes so quickly that we can’t guarantee that the item you would like to exchange for will still be available when your return is received.
