Products purchased on Futoli.com may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase as long as the item is unused, accompanied by the packing slip, and not customized. Shoes ordered through our custom shoe configurator and other special makeup shoes are manufactured on no cancel, no return basis. Please note that a restocking fee of $25 per pair applies to any returns. View our return policy.
Futoli is happy to offer free shipping on returns for merchandise shipped. A link to your UPS,USPS or FEDEX postage-paid return shipping label is provided by us according to your return & exchange request form. Please complete the requested details to print your shipping label. If you no longer have your shipping confirmation email, please send us an email or call us at (1) 858-322-9500 . We will email you a new shipping label.
We offer several shipping options via usps, ups and fedex . Also, we have free shipping on all qualified orders.

We believe the right fit is vitally important. If you are a first-time Futoli customer, we recommend to check our shoe size chart for best fit!
Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been placed, however, we do have a 90 day return policy and offer free return shipping for your peace of mind.
